Thomas R. Tough, P.Eng. – Director Mr. Tough graduated in 1965 with a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada and has been registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1970. He has held numerous positions with public and private corporations as an officer and director.             . He is a geological consultant with over 40 years experience in prospecting, property evaluation, exploration, development, open-pit and underground mine and mill planning and processing, as operator and project manager. As a consultant he has specialized in underground and surface exploration, reserve estimations, and feasibility studies on precious metal projects and underground gold placer deposits along with the development and/or production of precious, base, industrial minerals, gemstones and oil and gas.   His experience encompasses projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Yukon Territory, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Labrador and Newfoundland in Canada; Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Michigan in the USA. He has also worked on projects in 32 other countries in both the western and eastern hemispheres. Mr. Tough is currently a Director of ISX Resources Inc. and President and a Director of Maxtech Ventures Inc. He is also a Director of Ona Exploration Inc. and Desert Gold Ventures Inc.

Reza Mohammed BSc - CEO & President Mr. Mohammed, who has over 16 years of experience in venture capital markets, received his Bachelors of Science Degree from UBC in 1985.  He is an associate member of the American Association of Petroleum Engineers and the American Nuclear Society. Mr. Mohammed, who has expertise in venture capital and corporate finance, is also the President & CEO of Alderon Resource Corp. (ALD—TSXV), Cuda Capital Corp. (CDP—TSXV) Gold Key Capital Corp. (GKY.P—TSXV) and Portia Explorations Ltd. (PEL.P—TSXV)

Anita Algie BSc. – Director Ms. Algie, who is also a Director of Aries Resource Corp. (AES—TSXV), graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1998 with an Honours Degree in Science.  She has been involved in public relations for public companies, involved in oil and gas and mining, for the last 3 years.

Gil Santos B. A.– Director Gilbert Santos received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University in 1996 and subsequently in 1997 attended British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained an International Trade and Transport Certificate. Mr. Santos is active in the sourcing and acquisition of mineral properties. He owns and operates an exploration company that is active in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.
